I am writing to provide feedback on my experience working on the "Culture Deck Update: Research and Narrative Development" project with the Riipen team. My experience has been exceptionally positive, and I am very impressed with the team's commitment to continuous improvement and their willingness to embrace new ideas. The guidance provided by the team was clear and helpful, allowing for a smooth and productive collaboration. I especially appreciate the mission-driven approach of the project, which made my contributions feel impactful and purposeful. The focus on defining, documenting, and evolving the company's culture is a testament to Riipen’s dedication to creating a great workplace. I am grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to Riipen's cultural narrative and am confident that the final culture deck will serve as a strong compass for both new and existing Riipeneers.

My experience working with Riipen was great, it offered me an opportunity to explore my new skills, while getting support and direction required. I have learned so much and have been able to build confidence in the skills I have learned, all while feeling like I am making positive contributions and working towards a worthwhile deliverable.

Working with the company on this project was a rewarding experience. The team was supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in my growth. I appreciated the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while learning from professionals in the field. Their openness to feedback and mentorship helped me feel valued and encouraged me to push my boundaries. It was a collaborative environment that made the learning process both effective and enjoyable.

It was a great experience to work with Riipen, students have a learned lot through this live project and it was very helpful for them. It was a pleasure to work with Ashley and she have been very helpful throughout the process.

Ashley was a pleasure to work with. She guided us through the process and provided just the right amount of information, much like what we often encounter in real world scenarios, which allowed us to collaborate effectively and shape a clear problem statement. She was able to validate our understanding, which helped us develop a solution for her to evaluate. Her experience and dedication throughout the effort were truly commendable.

Participating in the project through the Riipen platform was a great learning experience. Engaging with a real-world client allowed me to apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting, bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and business reality.

Excellent experience working with Riipen and my KSU team.

This was a fun experience, and I felt like Ashley really cared about my team and our ideas. She was helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Excellent Communication, answered all of our questions in the video meetings and messages in the platform in a timely manner, which allowed our team to complete the project successfully. It gave our team plenty information to work with and to brainstorm solutions and complete the project well with in the requested project due date.

Jordan provided great guidance for my team and I as we completed our project. He was also very flexible with timings and availability which was nice with a busy schedule. He gave us great feedback on our work and I will certainly be using it in the future to improve my skills. Thank you!

Working with the Riipen team on this project was a wonderful experience that exposed us to solving real world problems. Ashley was Misssen was accommodating to everyone’s busy schedules and helped us to succeed by answering any questions we had. Collaboration among my team was smooth, and expectations were well-aligned throughout. I appreciated the flexibility and openness to new ideas, which made the project both productive and engaging.

The content within this project was very interesting and had us asking a ton of questions. We had to reach into a few programs and understand logic as it was given to us. I feel this was a good experience for students who are looking to invest their future with companies. The experience with Ashley and Riipen was educational and a good look at a real world problem and how to fix it within our team.

I enjoyed working on this project and with Ashley. She was very attentive and answered any questions we had thoroughly and promptly. This was a great real-world example, and I enjoyed being part of a group that was able to help think of a deployable solution.

This was a good, growth experience as it allowed me to strengthen my skills as a team lead, as a team member and as a communicator to our client, Ashley. Ashley gave a real view of what it is like to work with a client who presents a challenge with not much to go on at the start. This forced us to listen more intently and to ask questions to help us design a solution that met the pain points in an elegant and simple way. Thank you!

In parallel, we proposed a student feedback loop integrating post-project surveys and career fair engagement to capture long-term value and career impact. This dual strategy allowed us to approach CRM not just as a tool for sales efficiency, but as a framework for relationship building and institutional growth. Ashley’s support helped us stay aligned with Riipen’s mission while encouraging innovation. This project challenged us to think critically, collaborate meaningfully, and design a solution that could scale with both purpose and impact.
