· Outcome: have a flow from initial exposure to new potential clients with a clear path supporting by technology to bring new clients on board
· Update the resources available for potential clients to learn about Optinum and express interest including newsletter registration, access free resources and attending community workshops
· Review the website for clarity, ease of use and SEO
· Update freebie budgeting template as a lead magnet for new clients
· Complete a sales playbook covering each step in sales funnel (e.g. lead magnet, newsletter, workshop promotion) and scripts for sales calls
2. Efficient and easy to use setup of Zoho learning and support platform as a subscription product for clients
· Outcome: clear workflow to manage subscribers of our new online learning and support product. Managing the product to be scalable
· Review landing page and product purchase steps for accuracy and clarity
· Review Zoho Desk and CRM for tracking customer usage clearly
· Setting up custom fields and workflows for automation and better tracking in Zoho Desk ticketing process
· Testing Zoho’s AI with our data on automatic responses
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
