Jessica was amazing to work with. Our team quickly developed a culture that was warm, curious, and productive, yet easygoing. I've developed lasting skills that I will continue to use in all future jobs that I work, thanks to Jessica and Ola. The flexibility given to us allowed my peers and I to explore our diverse interests, while still staying within the scope of the project. In addition, the constant encouragement and feedback helped me develop into a better leader, peer, and team member.
